Nutella Personalisation

An interesting project for a large retailer, enabling customers to personalise their own Nutella jars instore. We designed and developed the software to operate in a busy store environment and meet the strict security protocols that were set, whilst also safeguarding Ferrero’s Nutella brand identity and whitelisting restrictions.

We secured the promotion with the retailer for the following two peak trade seasons finishing with over 65 stores participating providing the greatest opportunity for their customers to be able to purchase in-store.

This personalisation project reinforced the retailers own brand of core confectionery during the prime festive period. Offered to all customers through a secure interface and printed in store we delivered exceptional ROI during the 12 week promotion.
